1. Legal basis
We use necessary technologies without consent only where they serve solely to transmit a communication or are strictly necessary to provide a service you explicitly request (Section 109(8) of Slovak Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications). Where we process personal data in doing so, we rely on our legitimate interest in the secure and functional operation of the website.
We use analytics, marketing and functional technologies only with your prior consent (Section 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent is not a condition for using the website.

The cookies and local storage entries listed are stored by this website. Cloudflare Turnstile loads only on pages with the form and does not store cookies. The administration stores a session cookie and an administration language cookie for signed-in site administrators, not for visitors. Cloudflare, which protects the website against attacks, may set short-lived security cookies in case of suspicious traffic (for example __cf_bm for 30 minutes).

3. Managing consent
On your first visit you can accept all optional technologies, reject them or choose individual categories. “Accept all” and “Reject optional” are on the same layer and equivalent. Optional categories are not switched on in advance. If you close the banner without choosing, optional technologies stay off and the banner is not shown again.
You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time via Cookie settings or the cookie icon on the website. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent and does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. After withdrawal we stop using the category, cookies already stored can be deleted in your browser settings.
We remember your choice for 12 months, then we ask again, earlier only when the technologies used change substantially. To demonstrate consent we keep a record with a pseudonymous identifier, the chosen categories, time and version of the consent, without the IP address. We delete the record after 13 months.
4. Recipients and transfers
If you allow optional technologies, the providers listed in the tables receive data. For some operations they act as independent controllers under their own policies.
If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, in particular to the USA, a mechanism under Chapter V GDPR applies: an adequacy decision of the European Commission (the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where the provider participates) or standard contractual clauses. We will provide information on the specific mechanism on request.
